    How to find the right size:
    • The measurements are clothing measurements in cm, measured while lying flat.
    • Allow for about 2–4 cm of wiggle room between your body measurements and the waist/hip measurements for a comfortable fit.
    • If you are between sizes or prefer a looser fit, choose the larger size. For a tighter fit, you can choose the smaller size.
    Body Measurement Guidelines:
    • Waist: Place the measuring tape horizontally around the smallest part of the waist, breathe normally.
    • Hip: Measure over the fullest part of your bottom and hips.
    • Measure snugly against the body without digging in with the tape, and use those values to compare with the chart.
    Garment Measurement Guidelines:
    • Lay a well-fitting pair of pants flat on a smooth surface.
    • Measure the waist width, hip width at the widest point, and total length from waistband to hem.
    • Compare these values with the measurements in the size chart to choose the best size.
