Best Fit – Recommendation
- Body vs. Shirt: Choose a size whose shirt chest measurement has at least body chest + 6–10 cm of ease (tight = +6–8 cm, normal = +8–10 cm).
- Between two sizes? Take a size larger for layering or athletic shoulders.
- Sleeve Length: The sleeve end should cover the wrist without exceeding the base of the thumb.
How to Measure Correctly (Body Measurements)
1. Chest: Measure tape horizontally over the fullest part of the chest/back, breathe normally.
2. Shoulder: Straight line from shoulder tip to shoulder tip across the back.
3. Length: From the highest shoulder point to the desired hem.
4. Sleeve: From shoulder tip to wrist at a slightly bent arm.
Tip: Measure a well-fitting shirt flat and compare it with the table – this will provide the safest choice.
