Place a sheet of paper on the floor, flush against a wall.

Stand upright:
Stand on the paper, with your heel touching the wall.

Mark the length:
Draw a line in front of your longest toe while standing (have someone help you for more accurate measurements if needed).

Measure:
Measure the distance from the edge of the paper (where the heel was) to the line at the toe. This is your foot length (heel to toe).

Use the measured length to find your size in the size chart.
